Waffles
Ingredients
- 3 C all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 TBSP baking powder
- 3 TBSP white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2¼ C warm milk
- 8 TBSP butter, melted
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Set aside. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture, beat until just incorporated.
- Ladle the batter into the preheated waffle iron, cook until golden and crisp. Serve immediately.
Use 2/3 C measuring cup and spatula to load double waffle iron.
