Snickerdoodle Chex Mix

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 cup Cinnamon Chex cereal
• 2 cup Chocolate Chex cereal
• 4 cup popped popcorn
• 1/4 cup butter

Directions

1. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in small bowl and set aside.
2. Add cereals and popcorn to a large microwave safe bowl
3. Melt butter in microwave-safe bowl (30 second intervals at 50% power, covered)
4. Pour butter over cereal mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
5. Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute uncovered.
6. Add half of the cinnamon sugar mixture and stir.
7. Microwave the mixture on high again for 1 minute uncovered.
8. Add the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture and stir.
9. Spread on wax paper to cool.
