Snickerdoodle Chex Mix
Ingredients
- ¼ C sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 C Cinnamon Chex cereal
- 2 C Chocolate Chex cereal
- 4 C popped popcorn
- ¼ C butter
Directions
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together in small bowl and set aside.
- Add cereals and popcorn to a large microwave safe bowl
- Melt butter in microwave-safe bowl (30 second intervals at 50% power, covered)
- Pour butter over cereal mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute uncovered.
- Add half of the cinnamon sugar mixture and stir.
- Microwave the mixture on high again for 1 minute uncovered.
- Add the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture and stir.
- Spread on wax paper to cool.
