Buffalo Cheeseburger Macaroni
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- ½ C diced onions
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ C buffalo sauce
- 3 C beef broth
- 1½ tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp black pepper
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- 12 oz uncooked macaroni pasta
- ¾ C Blue Cheese Dressing
- ¼ C parmesan cheese (grated)
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat, add the onions and saute 3-4 minutes, add the garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add the ground turkey and cook through.
- Add the cream cheese, buffalo sauce and beef broth to the turkey mixture. Bring to a low boil while stirring to allow the cream cheese to melt.
- Boil for one minute, then add the paprika, black pepper and kosher salt and stir until combined.
- Add the macaroni noodles to the sauce mixture.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Once the noodles are tender and the sauce has reduced, stir in the blue cheese dressing, sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and serve.
