Grilled Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients Marinade
- 3 TBSP vegetable oil
- 2 TBSP cider vinegar
- 1 TBSP dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 TBSP brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt & pepper each
Other
- 1 Tomato
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- 1½ lbs chicken breast
Directions
- Pre-slice chicken breasts to make sandwich sized pieces (2 breasts produce 4 sandwiches plus extra chicken)
- Mix all marinade ingredients together and toss with chicken in bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes (up to 4 hours)
- Grill on medium-high heat.
