Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 slices of Swiss Cheese
- 4 Slices of Ham
- ⅓ C panko bread crumbs
- ⅓ C parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Pound chicken breasts until thin using flat side of meat mallet.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Place one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken and roll it up, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Dip the chicken in the egg and then into the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
- Preheat air fryer to 350F.
- Place chicken into the air fryer basket and set the temperature at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. The chicken is done when the temperature reaches 165F (no more pink).
