Hibachi Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 TBSP grapeseed oil
- 1½ tsp sesame oil
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP butter
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Heat oils in skillet or wok.
- Add chicken, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon butter, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to skillet.
- Cook chicken until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Stir only once or twice so chicken will brown.
