Black Beans
Ingredients
- ½ C dry black beans
- 1½ C water
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions
The ingredients make 1 can worth of black beans, adjust for the number of cans required.
- Put all ingredients in Instant Pot
- Put lid in place and verify vent is in "Seal"
- Cook using soup button for 30 minutes
- After cooking time is complete, allow to naturally depressurize for 20 minutes
- Remove lid and strain remaining liquid from beans (if desired)
