Cheesy Broccoli & Chicken Soup (IP)
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 C chicken broth
- 2 C Frozen broccoli
- ½ C diced celery
- ¼ C diced onion
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 TBSP butter
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp dill
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 C cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 C Half-n-half
Directions
In your pressure cooker combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese & half-n-half.
- Cook under pressure for 10 minutes then quick depressurize.
- Carefully remove chicken, shred and return to soup. Add cheese and half-n-half, stir to combine.
